Whilst I was making coffee this morning, I was thinking about my life and how I actually own '"nothing"" I have no car, I have no house...I only have the clothes in the cupboard and mainly costume jewelry. I work as a Translator for RMI (Restore Ministries International) which has been such a great gift from God. Having said all that I am still the richest woman in the world because my HL (Heavenly Love) owns everything and if He does then so do I because I am a heir. I was trying to explain to a friend to be thankful for ALL things explaining that HE owns everything that you have. Even your children..they are His, your marriage, is His, all your worldly possessions are His and much much more. So don't hold on to those things so tightly that are His. Hold on more tightly to Him!!
Which brings me to the topic of tithing. Never in my life have I been so blessed as when I started tithing. I have written PR's before of His blessings. And it is not just the blessing it is also what He prevents happening to you. He prevents the devourer to take your things, your possessions, your marriage, your children, and much much more. To tithe is not a request from God it is a MUST as a follower of Christ. Towards the end of last year He blessed me by going to watch a live show. He blessed me with not only 1 but 2 weekend getaways to the beach. This year in a months time I'm going to Cape Town for a week to visit my 80 year old father whom I have not seen in almost 3 years.
But the biggest blessing this year for me is in June (airplane tickets are booked) when I get to go to London to visit my 4 grandchildren (2 whom I have not even met) my 3 children and their spouses and my brother. And if everything goes to plan I will also be taking a day trip to Paris, a city I have longed to visit my entire life. The city of love I think they call it. I am sitting here with tears in my eyes just thinking about it, because I want to spend it with my HL alone, just the 2 of us. I will share my experiences when I return. Just want to thank You my HL for Your favor for making this possible.

Because everything belongs to Him it is better to cling to Him then "things" we tend to cling to.
"...for, 'The earth is the Lord’s, and everything in it.'” 1 Corinthians 10:26
"Bring the whole tithe into the storehouse, that there may be food in my house. Test me in this,” says the Lord Almighty, “and see if I will not throw open the floodgates of heaven and pour out so much blessing that there will not be room enough to store it." Malachi 30:10
Test the Lord on this I have seen the fruits in my own life.
