His Love

Hello ladies, today I want to share something incredibly special that I was not expecting. I am again in my home country. This is the first time after 14 years that I celebrated New Yearโ€™s Eve with my family. My mom told me before I arrived that a cousin would also be visiting. She is only 16 years old. When I met her my mom shared some struggles that this young lady is going through. Since she was a child, she was being rejected by both parents, and she was currently living with her grandmother that is my godmother. And she has anxiety and depression, she would have crises daily when she needs to drink medicine.

My heart broke for her, so we all together as a family decided that what she needs is love and His love. During the time she spent here in my parentsโ€™ house, we would not preach to her but show her Who is in our lives. In our time alone whenever He led me, I would share about Him, and how much He helped me. By the end of her stay, she was even talking about Him more ๐Ÿ˜€

In just a couple of days, she was smiling, didnโ€™t need medicine, and barely remembered the last time she had a crisis. She was a happy different person. I just want to thank my Beloved for the opportunity to meet her and spend time in my own house showing His love to others. She hugged me so hard and asked if I could also drive with her when she left. We exchanged phone numbers and I hope to continue to minister in her life.

  1. Dear Sara, I loved to read your praise report and how your cousinโ€™s situation was turned around and she didnโ€™t need the medicine any more. It reminds me on how I struggled with depression and the moment God stepped in I didnโ€™t need the medicine and only Him. Our loving Father is all we need and how our loving Father sends the right people into our lives to minister to us.
