Brides, I have the most wonderful praise. Janine had a praise of sleeping through a storm when she asked her Husband to sleep in His arms and although I asked the same thing of Him, He never did it for me and now I know WHY. He wanted me to have this amazing praise.
Yesterday, I was adding a praise here about how excited I was to become a Marriage Minister because I am only a few days away from completing all my courses needed for that and I had the praise typed out, links and all, and then the internet went weird when I tried to post it.
I copied it, thinking I was clever, and would just paste it again, take that! Haha, in order to restore my internet, I had to restart my whole computer and my modem and I forgot to paste the praise somewhere else. I guess my Husband had a good laugh, at the moment I wasn't much impressed, but I left it there. Things just kept going downhill from there for the whole day and when the day turned to dusk and I still had no idea what to do, He took me outside to the garden, but you will have to wait for that praise later 🙂 This one is about journaling.
So, when I went to bed and I could not think of how I would ever fall asleep, He reminded me that I committed to completing a journal every night. And even though I had no idea what my future was holding at that moment, I reluctantly agreed. Of course, as always the lesson was a blessing, I am currently doing the Facing Divorce Course Again and ladies, you know how a business has a name and then a Trading as name? It is like that in our country, sometimes a business has a name but it is trading under another name. The Facing Divorce Again Course, has one too: It says: "Enhusiathically and without Fear" The main theme of this course is about facing your fears and asking Him to help you and not being afraid anymore because you have Him so you can do anything. There is a verse that is eluding me now that says something like with Him I can face a whole troop of enemies or something like that. I will ask Him to remind me and I will leave it here.
In any case, I did my journal and immediately fell asleep afterward without having any trouble. I woke up 15 minutes before my alarm went off. Is He not so amazing?
So, with all this, I want to ask each of you to do the same, and commit to doing one lesson a day, it is not that much. Find the time, and let go of some things you don't need to do in your life. If you are still new in your journey and still looking on social media at what your loved ones are doing, stop it and use the time to journal with Him.
The way I do is I read my lesson, I journal and then I read tomorrow's lessons so I can ponder it as He brings it to mind the next day. Do it and let me know in the comment section if it worked for you, or if it did not work for you, I am excited to hear what He did for you.

Dear Yvonne, what a beautiful praise! The Lord has a good reason for everything and this is the time we “do not lean on our own understanding”. Congrats on being a Marriage Minister! I can’t wait to more of the fruits of His words.

I am really enjoying doing the courses and ticking them off one by one and then of course journaling. I will never forget what Erin said once on RMIOU (https://rmiou.com/) and can just start off by saying that I always said I don’t have time until I read Erin’s comment: “Dispell the lies that you don’t have time—you do” (https://rmiou.com/variety-of-podcasts/) and there our Darling Lord spoke to me that I do have time and I stopped saying it because “death and life are in the power of the tongue” P18:21 (https://biblehub.com/proverbs/18-21.htm) and guess what I did have enough time.
And again our Darling Lord has a sense of humor because I would always say I am too old to learn, but then our Darling Lord decided to show me we are never ever too old to learn. I remember wasting so much time on useless things in my life, like being on the phone too much with useless things and now I enjoy doing the lessons and journaling.
Dear Yvonne thank you for sharing! This is confirmation for me! since yesterday I was feeling I would like to complete my journals more freckenlty … In fact He remembered to me the folowing extract from the introduction od the RRR Courses yesterday, He is amazing!!
Do just ONE LESSON a day so that (like medicine or antibiotics) each of His Promises and Principles has time to do what He intended and it needs to do:
Too many lessons at one time not only does NO good—but can actually cause you to miss the benefits.
Waiting too far in between also is harmful because it allows for the ways of the world to enter back into your mind and heart.
Thank you dear Yvonne, I have to laugh and be grateful because my Beloved has me working on the same course, and I think the motto of the book “Enthusiastically and without Fear” is beautiful, it speaks directly to the heart about fear, which is an enemy that wants to paralyze us and limit ourselves.
