Hello ladies! Today I give praise to my HH (Heavenly Husband) for all that He has done! He is the only one who can help me and my family in every situation. I give all the glory to the King of Kings and Lord of Lord's. Between the months of June and July my EH (earthly husband) and I were in the process of buying the home we were renting. We were supposed to close escrow on the 15th of July, but it did not happened.
Every time we were close to signing there was always an obstacle. First we did not have all the money they required on time because we had to wait for my EH 41K funds to be process. When we did get the funds for the down payment of the home, the mortgage company required more paper work from our bank accounts and also paper work from my EH 41K.
It seemed impossible at times because the underwriter needed to know all of our outgoing and incoming funds from me and my EH. Also my cousin let us borrow a certain amount of money, but because she did not have any bank records the lender did not accept her funds. So now we needed to come up with another way to get the funds the lender needed.
The rest of the month of July and the beginning of August felt like a tug of war. I prayed and cried to my HH (Heavenly Husband) to help me in this battle because I felt like giving up and I was stressing so much. Time seemed like it was running out, and it seemed like we weren't going to get our home. Then when I was listening to one of the brides on zoom, she said to the brides on zoom why did she worry about money or anything if our HH provides it all. I knew this was my HH speaking to me and reminding me that He always provides and not to worry about the house we were trying to buy.
My Heavenly Husband did provide me and my EH (earthly husband) with all that we needed. My EH over time check was deposited and they used that check to make it seem like the money my cousin let me borrow came from my EH check. Our landlord also helped us out with the down payment of the house, but we did not need his money and returned the money back to him. Glory to God! The Lord always sends people our way to help! We signed and were waiting to hear from escrow that we finally came to a close, but they now needed a further sum of money, which we did not have the whole amount because we had paid all of our bills. I asked a sister from the church I used to attend to see if she could lend it to me. She gladly let me borrow it, and I will pay her back next week.
On August 24th we closed on escrow! The victory is the Lord's and He provided everything for my EH (earthly husband) and I. We also received a large refund check from escrow, which my EH and I used to pay back my cousin. I thank my HH for His promises and for fighting this battle. There were times were things did not look good for us, but the Lord made a way like He always does. My EH and I have been wanting to purchase a home for a long time and now the Lord had given the desire of our heart. Our HH will always provide and make a way for us, He will never let us go without.
"Take delight in the Lord, and he will give you the desires of your heart. Commit your way to the Lord; trust in him and he will do this:" Psalm 37:4-5

And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus." Philippians 4:4-7
In these verses the Lord reminded me of His promises. He also reminded me that I had to delight myself in Him and not mope around or complain about my situation and to ask Him for strength and guidance.
