♕ Today's Promise: “Then the LORD answered me and said, ‘Record the vision and inscribe it on tablets, that the one who reads it may run. For the vision is yet for the appointed time; it hastens toward the goal and it will not fail. Though it tarries, WAIT for it; for it will certainly come, it will not delay.’” Habakkuk 2:2-3

Dear Brides, “Simply Speak” is an eye opening chapter that will help you to speak to your mountains instead of fearing them.
I love to read about the ways that the Lord worked through Michele’s life using various trials. This chapter was eye opening, and I only understood the title after I had read it all and pondered about what He was speaking to me. “simply speak”, gave me the courage to begin to speak His truth and impossibilities to the mountains that are in front of me.
One of the things that I liked the most about reading this chapter is the following “God sets us up to do things that are unusual, and even to forget something on purpose — it’s all part of His plan. And when you sense you should do something, like me grabbing my computer, do not stop to reason!” I began to experience it in my life this week, and it is true, sometimes It was someone that He put in my heart to pray for something specific, or go to a place or do something that could be like nonsense but He had a meaning for that. It’s one of the best things is to be connected with Him and just let Him lead us even though we don’t often understand.
I want to be more aware of what I am speaking, not just in my own life but also to others. Sometimes even though what we are speaking to them can be true, they still will see it as an opposition. Knowing the best time to speak and just listen is one of the things that I need most help with. Maybe that’s why He allowed me to have a throat infection that bothers me only when I speak, so I could learn to listen more.
Dear Brides, this chapter [Simply Speak] showed me the importance of what we are speaking into our lives, and encouraged me to not fear the mountains in front of me but to simply speak so they can move.
“Then the LORD answered me and said, ‘Record the vision and inscribe it on tablets, that the one who reads it may run. For the vision is yet for the appointed time; it hastens toward the goal and it will not fail. Though it tarries, WAIT for it; for it will certainly come, it will not delay.’” Habakkuk 2:2-3
“Trust in the Lord to see how so many get off course, with all your heart and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will make your paths straight.” Proverbs 3:5
