I want to praise God for his faithfulness. I have been led to change the firm in which I’m working actually, after almost 7 years. I just started feeling uncomfortable with what I was doing, and answer some emails I received through LinkedIn. And everything went so fast, I had a choice between several propositions, and dropped other interviews.
As I was praying the Lord led me to choose a firm in which I just felt good during the interview. Afterward, I heard people working there happy to work in that firm. It just confirmed to me that it’s ok. I want to thank God because my salary will increase by more than 25%. I didn’t really have to negotiate, I am sure that I could have asked for and obtained more. I began to have regrets, but I want to thank God because it was not the pursuit of great salary that motivated me. I know I’m not at my place, doing what God created me to do, so I’m just moving forward to progressively have training in the right domain.
My friends who left before me didn’t have the same salary increase. People are saying that the job market is doing very well at the moment. But for me, I know it’s my Lord who did me this favor and made things so easy. Even my actual manager was happy for me and told me things he never said about my work, my investment. I’m grateful and so happy, I can’t wait to start in the new firm. Thank You very much my Precious, The Love of my life.
