Hello ladies, today I want to share a little bit about what my Heavenly Husband is working on in my life.
Many of you may know that where I live, being a Christian is forbidden and talking about the Lord is extremely dangerous. We cannot be open about it and share it with everyone we see, but we need to stay even closer to Him so we can perceive the opportunities and the people He sends our way, those with the open heart to hear.
This is one of the things that I most ask Him, to be able to share with unbelievers about His love and truth.
And lately, He has given me opportunities to meet women and talk to them. In this country, before you are able to share about the Lord you need first to build a relationship with the person He sends, from the first day they begin to see something different in us and with time they begin to ask questions, that's when they are open to receive and in some cases believe!
One of these days, a friend of mine asked if I want to meet her for lunch a little bit earlier so I could meet a girl she befriended, I wanted but I felt that I needed to stay home and leave at the time we had scheduled. By the time I opened my door to go, I saw my neighbor across the hall, and that was the first time that I was able to talk to her. I learned that she works at home and she invited me to visit her.
This may look small for you, but these are the situations that He prepares for us to share. I was grateful that what I felt was Him leading me for an appointed time.
There were times that I could feel ashamed of my divorced status, but not anymore. He has been using it so I can meet women. Just yesterday I went to visit my friend, and her neighbor heard about me and wanted also to have tea. And the lady at the gym that never married wants to talk with me about how she can find the right person. All of them are opportunities to let His light shine first, win without words, and with the testimonies of a life where He is the center and the reason we are all here.
