The first step to resist temptation is to simply turn away from the evil, meaning, you donβt stand there and stare at it. And itβs important to note what to do, secondly (and very importantly) you must then do something good.
Everything I have been learning has had a huge impact on my life, and today I can only look back and understand that I need to sing and praise Him, as if all the promises were already fulfilled in my life.
I approached my HH and simply made a request. When my son got home, he picked up the phone, tried to turn it on and… guess what, my dear wives? The phone is working perfectly! All praise to our beloved! I thank Him for what He has done.
A lot of the time as parents we feel bad because our kids need so many things as our kids grow up and we think about how we will provide? It’s simple really… We cannot depend on ourselves but we CAN DEPEND ON HIM to provide for our children’s needs as their HF. So if you haven’t please go and read the Poverty Mentality, all the chapters are so awesome and I find myself going back to reading it over and over again to renew my mind because finances plays such a big part in life.
