Hello Brides, I want to praise my HH (Heavenly Husband) for His amazing work in my life and in my family as well. To be able to share what He did, I will need to explain a little bit about my family.
The house that I grew up, was designed by my parents, it was their project to have a big house for their children, foster kids, family, and many others that needed a place to stay. They delighted in hosting and opening our house to everybody who would need a safe space and a place that they could be loved.
With time my father began to move to other cities because of his job, and from that moment, our desire as a family was to sell the house and purchase another one in a better place. My father always had a close relationship with the Lord, and we always listened and obeyed when it was time to move from a place to another, it was never easy, it means that we would let go of friends and the life we have built.
The reason for always moving was that we could not sell the house. It was years of praying and crying to the Lord. Ten years ago, due to financial difficulties, my parents went back to live in the house, but there was always a longing to move. It was so hard to watch my father who was a pillar of faith get desperate and discouraged in these ten years, I don't know how many times I cried to the Lord, my parents needed a lot of financial help and I praise the Lord that He was able to use my life and my siblings' lives as well to help during my father 2 heart attacks and surgeries.
Last year, my mom had a hard season and talking with one of my aunties, she shared about the desire to sell the house. My aunty then said to my mom that she would help with prayer. After months my aunty contacted my mom to say that the Lord heard their cry and the house was sold, by faith she said to my mom that they did not need to search for a buyer because the buyer would knock on their door and offering to buy the house and to pay it in cash.
My mom listened to that, but did not share it with anyone, she received the word and hide it in her heart until the appointed time. Last month I called my mom, we love to chat, she calmly listened to me, then even calmer, she shared that on the day before my call, the neighbor knocked on the door and offered to buy the house and to pay it in cash, when we all were a little skeptic after 20 years of prayer, my mom was calm because the Lord gave her a promise months ago, she just didn't know when it would happen, but she believed.
As a family, we all together prayed and asked Him to guide our steps, after His confirmation that it was really from Him, my family began the process, the paperwork. I never thought that it would be that fast, after all the waiting, it been less than a week, my parents sold the house and they are ready to move to where they always wanted to be.
This blessing gave me more faith to believe that with God all things are possible, that doesn't matter how many years it passed, He has an appointed time and He is in control of everything. I hope you will be encouraged to continue to believe and wait on Him to work what He had promised to do in your life.
