♕ Today's Promise: “Likewise, let older women... teach younger women to be sensible to love their husbands and children; That they might be prudent, that they might look after the house, that they would be good, obey their husbands, that the word of God would not be blasphemed" Titus 2:3-5

I want to thank the Lord for the meeting with my cousin who is a young woman. We don't have an opportunity to get together very often, especially to spend time with the two of us, so I'm grateful for the day we could spend together. I took her to a chocolatier, parrot house and a restaurant, and then we watched a very valuable film with a beautiful message, how the gospel changes our lives. We had a very good time talking, enjoying the places we've been to, and I'm glad to be able to be in her life and share with her all the things that I would love to hear at her age. I was able to share a testimony of how God works in my life and I hope she will be encouraged to get to know Him better.
Thanks to RMI (Restore Ministries International), I was encouraged to sow in the lives of my relatives and those around me, to teach younger women. If you ask the Lord for opportunities to invest in the lives of younger women, He will certainly show you. I think this is one of the hugely important and, at the same time, the most forgotten, untapped principles in the church. Let us think how our life would be different if God's wise women would devote their time and energy to lovingly teach us and spread the truth into our lives. We cannot change the past, but we can choose to be such women, regardless of our age, because each of us will have some younger women than we are, to invest in their lives and teach them with words, but above all as an example of what we ourselves learned from God's Word.
It also reminds me of how our journey is not just about us or our marriage, we are in the season we are in because our Heavenly Husband has a good plan. We are cleansed as vessels for His use that will be the light for everyone around us. Our journey affects our loved ones, and I think sometimes our waiting times can be longer, because the Lord is not only working in our heart and on the other side, but also uses this situation for good, for His purpose.
I also remember that often other areas of our life are restored before it will happen in our marriage. In my case, there have been a lot of broken relationships and it took a while to get them rebuilt, but the Lord is faithful and healed many relationships that seemed impossible to recover. Most are better than before and He blessed me with new ones too.
In addition, my crisis began during my conversion, getting to know the Lord in the first place, and starting a real relationship with Him for the first time in my life. During this time, me and my whole life was completely destroyed as a consequence of years of sowing what was bad, I also believe that I have more of this precious time alone with Him so that He will help me rebuild every area of my life, which He has already done to a large extent and to heal me not only from what happened in my marriage, but also from the deepest wounds of my heart, even from my childhood. This is truly a complete transformation from the inside out that only He can do so miraculously and permanently.
I would like to encourage you, dear bride, to have such bigger perspective on your journey, to remember that even if it seems that we are stuck or our restoration is not as fast as we would like. If we only look beyond this one area, we will begin to notice the amazing work of our Beloved, who restores other areas of our life, ourselves, and heals us, preparing us to fulfill the next promises. The testimonies from dear brides at RMI are a great encouragement that some promises are fulfilled faster and some are waited for years, but our Heavenly Husband is always faithful to fulfill promises given to us. Can we not trust Him that He knows best when and what is best for us? Not only we have to be ready for a given miracle, but sometimes the other person or certain circumstances, but let us expect the fulfillment of promises, because they will certainly come at the appointed time.
