Today I received a victory from the Lord, and I would like to share something that is very difficult to me because for a long time I believed that if I spoke too much, I would end up losing my blessings. I read Daniel and thought that it could be stolen in the same way and also that it is denigrating the image of my husband. As we are taught here when we read Psalm 101:5 “Whoever secretly slanders his neighbor, him I will destroy; No one who has a haughty look and an arrogant heart will I endure”, so that's why I was always very discreet when sending my PRs (Praise Report). Then, Erin sent me the Living Lesson Week 10 “Useless Ditch” so I could remember that I was falling into the ditch of being too discreet.
But today my miracle was something huge, amazing and I want to share it for the building of your faith.
When my husband left home, he never moved in with Other Woman. The Lord allowed him to move in with his aunt. He was with me every week, had lunch, had dinner, celebrated our wedding anniversary. After 1 year of my Journey, the Other Woman went to live far away. But after 3 years of in the desert, the Other Woman discovered that she has brain cancer and invited my husband to go with her.
So, I don't know why the Lord allowed my husband to live with her in Switzerland. In my head, the enemy planted lies in his mind, because my mother-in-law died of the same type of cancer. But perhaps the Lord also wanted to work on me and allowed it. After 1 year living there, he came to visit me and then he invited me to travel to our home country, as I have already told in another PR (Praise Report). There were moments of restoration and forgiveness, even though I asked him for forgiveness at the beginning of the journey, I felt it was time to ask again. He also confessed and asked for forgiveness, he told many things about his life in Switzerland, and it was not the way I was imagining.
The other woman financially supported him for a long time, because as soon as he arrived in Switzerland he fell into depression. After 6 months in bed, he found a job. But now after the pandemic, he lost many hours at work and is practically without a job, and again the other qoman has been paying for all the bills. From what he tells me, she is very bitter (Proverbs 5:3-4), he shared how unsatisfied he is in that place and that he is not fulfilled professionally. He also shared that her illness was decisive for him to go to live in Switzerland.
After I let go for a long time, the Lord called me to pray for him. It was time to come back to prayers, because my heart is totally to Lord, and with that, the prayer answers began to arrive.
After the holidays in our home country, he invited me to go to Switzerland and stay 5 days with him, and as I said in another PR (Praise Report), I entered that country as his wife, the Lord gave me double portion, because the immigration asked for my marriage certificate (that the Lord had already asked me to put in my bag), I also needed his resident document, and he sent a copy and gave me the instruction to say that I was going to visit my husband. I stayed on an Airbnb and he would visit me while she was working, I believe that other woman controls all his steps.
The Lord showed me many things, my earthly Husband is doing all the housework in the house where he is living with the other woman, as if the roles were reversed (washing, ironing, cooking...), and told me that he does the chores because she demands it, and that he hates this situation. But the greatest victory that the Lord gave me today was that he called me early in the morning saying that he stopped with the drugs (that he started using together with other woman) and that he was in abstinence, but he was going to win. I praise the Lord for this miracle!!!! \o/
While I was there, he used in front of me, but I never said anything, just stood by his side quietly, but in a spirit of prayer. It really didn't bother me because I was peaceful that God was in control of his life. In the meantime, he told me that he no longer believed in God, and I asked why, and he said that the reason was that God had never given him a spiritually experience, that's when I asked if I could talk to God about this, and he agreed.
I was asking the Lord to remove the effects of the drugs in my husband’s life so he could remember God. Also, how will he remember everything the Lord has done, even when I got pregnant and the doctors said he couldn't be a father?? Unfortunately, I had a miscarriage, that I shared in another PR (Praise Report).
Then, in just 2 weeks the Lord acted!! He stopped using drugs and this morning he told me that he was not sleeping, so I remembered a prayer, I asked the Lord to bother him like the passage in Job 33;15-18 says: “In a dream, a vision of the night,
When sound sleep falls on men…that the Lord visits the sleep of men and seals their instruction…” so that my earthly husband does not sleep and seek the Lord in the nights and be reconciled with GOD. He was part of the worship team in the church, while I was there with him, he told me how much he missed singing.
Dear brides, I am writing this PR (Praise Report) because I believe the Lord answer prayers at the appointed time, just believe. May you feel encouraged to share with women who are suffering, all the that God does in your life, even if what in your eyes may seem small, so that together we can exalt and magnify His name, as His brides and ambassadors!!
Be encouraged this morning to believe that we have a God of the impossible!!
