It is unbelievable how God came through for me!!!
When we applied for my son’s passport last week Friday, they told us it will take about two to three weeks, so I made myself ready that it would maybe not be ready for the holidays. I just felt sad and had the feeling of what will happen, will happen. I just felt discouraged about this whole passport story, but yes God helped that it be signed so I actually didn’t even have the right to feel discouraged.
This morning, three working days later I received a sms that the passport was finalized and ready for collection. Never ever has this happened to me. I told my mum see what happens if a mum prays (because I know my mum has been praying that this passport be ready and when I told my mum that it might not be ready, she said no it will be ready, because she prayed and asked God that it please be finalized in time). Well my mum prayed and God answered.
Philippians 4:6
6 Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God.
I didn’t feel that I deserved for a answered prayer, but still God answered.
2 Corinthians 12:9
But he said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.” Therefore I will boast all the more gladly about my weaknesses, so that Christ’s power may rest on me.
I give God all the glory and all the praise.
Janine, thank you so much for reminding me and sharing how your husband came through for you and your children! It happens countless times and yet when you’re in the thick of it and you’re in the situation of waiting, it’s wonderful when he uses a situation like this, so that when you’re in the state again, he’ll remind you of this.
No doubt there are many women who need to be encouraged—who are in the same period of waiting and trusting who will be encouraged by you taking the time to post your praise so we can rejoice with you and also taking away this very important message.
I do hope that now that it’s so easy to post our praise that more and more women and will take the heart that we are called to be encouraging women. That more of us will come here straight away even before sharing our excitement with our closest friends to encourage more and more and more women! Thank you for helping to blaze the trails.
I also love ability our Husband has opened up to us to comment. I’m also hoping more will take advantage of this opportunity, so it’s not removed due to it being a opportunity for feeling rejected “for we are not ignorant of his schemes”

Thank you Janine, I love you sharing about the Lord answering to our prayers and to see how our relatives (your mum in this case ) are able to witness all type of miracles in their lives.
I know that most of the time we think we do not deserve to get anything, but He is so faithful that
He never fails. He makes sure that we know how much He loves us.
And this is the unconditional love He wants us to teach to all of us so we are able to give to others no matter what.
