Now, please tell us about your situation and why you have come to us for help and what has your husband/partner said are the main issues or problems he has with you and your relationship?
My husband has been dishonest and cheated. He has been demanding me to be like an ... woman, totally without own voice in the relationship. He has abused me ... and economically and done a lot of mental violence. The enemy has a hold on him.
Please use the space below to simply speak to God, in your own words, pouring your heart out to Him.
Soften our hearts and give us your visdom, love and quidance. Please save my husband and me. Set us free from the bitterness. Help to forgive. Renew our marriage in Jesus name. Amen.
In order for us to minister more effectively to you, please check what concerns apply to you:
Thankfully I have no other concerns other than my relationship at this time.

  1. Dear Hanna,

I can read the sadness and despair in how you describe your current situation. I once felt that way too. Until God answered my prayers and led me like you here to HopeAtLast.com.

I read that you have not yet read the book How God Can and Will Restore Your Marriage. I would encourage you to read the book. This is the second step, after you admit the MEQ, to seeing your marriage heal. God knows why you are in this crisis and already has the answers to the questions you have. He alone has all wisdom and if you ask Him, He would grant the desires of your heart. Because nothing is impossible for Him to do. After reading or while reading the book, begin with reading the lessons of course 1 at, HopeAtLast.com/c1/ reading and being sure to pour your heart out in the forms at the end of the lesson. You will see how the wounds that need healing will be healed by the goodness of our Heavenly Man.

with these promises from our Lord i would like to encourage you:
“Come to Me, all you who labor and are burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from Me: I am gentle and lowly in heart. Then you will find rest indeed, for my yoke is easy and my burden is light.” Matthew 11:28-30 (NIV21)

These words that my Beloved is saying are very special. It is an acknowledgment and a promise in one. Your Husband, your Maker recognizes your pain, He knows better than anyone how deep the valleys in life can be. You are weighed down by your sorrows and your burdens. But the One who loves you says: Come under my yoke and we will bear it together. https://loveatlast.org/his-bride/

    So do not fear, for I am with you;
do not be dismayed, for I am your God.
    I will strengthen you and help you;
I will uphold you with my righteous right hand. Isaiah 41:10

    much Love🌹

  2. Dear Hanna,

I first want to say I’m sorry that you are experiencing such pain and heartbreak. I too have experienced similar pain while dealing with my earthly marriage. I want to encourage you to first begin reading, How God Can and Will Restore Your Marriage. This will give you the foundation to understand why this is happening. Our HH, longs for you and wants to be first in your heart. During this time, pray and journal by pouring out all your hurts to the Lord. He will take care of everything. Take your eyes off your situation and look forward to your HH. Trust and believe He will make all things new. 🩷

“So the Lord must wait for you to come to him so he can show you his love and compassion. For the Lord is a faithful God. Blessed are those who wait for his help.”
    ‭‭Isaiah‬ ‭30‬:‭18‬ ‭NLT‬‬

“Seek the Kingdom of God above all else, and live righteously, and he will give you everything you need.”
    ‭‭Matthew‬ ‭6‬:‭33‬ ‭NLT‬‬

  3. Dear sweet Hanna. There is no doubt God led you to us for us to encourage and minister to you supporting you through this “Valley of the Shadow of death” as it says in psalms. But I am convinced He’s got an even greater plan because after ministering for 33 years and watching the complete transformation of translators I’ve had the pleasure to work with and witness that should you press past your pain and fear and frustration with your husband you will “save many people alive” “For such a time as this.”

So far reading How God Can and Will Restore Your Marriage has been recommended to you by both Elda and Kristine. Yet one of the most powerful ways to restore not just your marriage but restore you as a person is to translate it from English to Finnish 🇫🇮

I’ll share my comment with Yvonne who has worked with many translators and also reach out to Kristen (above) about being your Mentor.

Before deciding do just one thing for me and for yourself stop and ASK GOD is this what you want me to do? Is this why You allowed me to experience these difficulties in my marriage? I promise He’ll let you know. 🤗🙏🏻💗

    1. I totally agree Erin. Hanna, I am Afrikaans speaking and recently I saw my friend transformed while she was doing translations for the Afrikaans. She is of course just the most recent example, before her there were many like Erin said. Ask Him and He will answer. I am very excited to see you and what He does.

    Tervetuloa
I am sorry that the things has gone on that you in your home. But be assured that God is in Control. I am glad that you find RMI and that you can start your journey, greater things are yet to come.
I can definitely relate to your story. I am an African married to a Finnish, I understand the culture in Finland make it harder for you to navigate all that is happening, But now the first thing that you need to do is to be still and know that He is God! And embrace the Lord’s culture He will work all things together for your good, even that now you can not see, take heart, God will protect you from every evil like he did for me, I felt many time, abused and manipulated during my journey but He was always there by my side showing me His truth and how he wanted me to deal with it, and when it was hard I would run to Him, He was always there to give strength and point me the way, even though I felt abused many times never lacked anything, God gave me things even beyond my needs that even, my husband was shocked sometimes how could I have that, or travel. He was absolutely kind to me, just remember to trust the Lord and keep his way, it is a spiritual battle.
He will help you, start your journey through the courses and by everyday in the word so you can hear Him. Here are some passages that helped me during those seasons and also a lesson that one of helped me especially in what you shared.

He says, “Be still, and know that I am God; I will be exalted among the nations, I will be exalted in the earth.”
    Psalms 46:10 NIV

But I tell you, do not resist an evil person. If anyone slaps you on the right cheek, turn to them the other cheek also. Give to the one who asks you, and do not turn away from the one who wants to borrow from you.
    Matthew 5:39‭, ‬42 NIV
    https://bible.com/bible/111/mat.5.39-42.NIV

“You have heard that it was said, ‘Love your neighbor and hate your enemy.’ But I tell you, love your enemies and pray for those who persecute you, that you may be children of your Father in heaven. He causes his sun to rise on the evil and the good, and sends rain on the righteous and the unrighteous.

    Jumala siunasta!

    1. Dear Hanna, I thank you for coming back and replying here. We cannot wait to hear more about your journey and the wonderful things our Beloved is going to do in your life and marriage!

Like Erin and Yvonne shared above, translating really changes you. My first language is Afrikaans and I proofread and Translated many of the resources. Everything just sinks into your heart so much deeper while you translate and it increases your time spend in His Word looking for the verses in your language. And the true healing that happens while you spend time translating and in His Word, is truly amazing.

It truly is an amazing feeling to know you translated a book that can help so many other women who are broken and desperate out there.

    2. Dear precious Hanna, I can also testify that translating and proofreading changed my life. I started by proofreading for the Afrikaans and there my Darling Husband started transforming my life, He being the Potter and I the clay – We are the clay,
and Thou our potter; and we all are the work of Thy hand. —I64:8 KJV
Today I was sitting thinking how our wonderful Lord uses the lessons in our everyday life, just keep on holding onto our wonderful Lord’s hand and enjoy the journey, it is so worth it, He is the One that turns our hurt around into testimonies to encourage other broken women.

  5. Dear Hanna, going through a marriage crisis situation is the most beautiful thing that can happen to you. It may be strange to read this now. However, if, after reading the book, you start translating the book “How God Can and Wants to Restore Your Marriage” then you will certainly, like me, get many answers to the many questions you still have. You will also experience that this marriage crisis situation is a great blessing out of love for you from Him. I can already assure you of that. You as his bride have been given the privilege to see your own marriage restored but also to encourage other brides who will follow after you in your country.

When I started translating the book four years ago, I didn’t know that my desire to see my marriage restored would give me the best and most beautiful relationship I now have with my Heavenly Beloved. My marriage has not yet been restored, which I don’t mind at all because of translating the book. I am very happy and blessed through the days with my First Love.

I am grateful to my Lord and God for choosing you and eagerly await your praise reports on the encouragingwomen.com website

    Lots of love 🌹
