Dear HH (Heavenly Husband) you are SO good and faithful!!
Well it has been challenging every month wondering how I will pay bills and rent. The LORD blessed me with a beautiful condo to live in with my children that allows my dog too! As the LORD knew how much I needed her with me and the kids. Since my EH (earthly husband) has pulled back on almost paying half of child support due to my behavior (I truly believe this). This was my doing. But It allowed me to FULLY surrender to my HH and know He is my provider and not my EH. Or I would have continued to depend on him and think it was my right. Thank you HH.
Well after I submitted my last praise report, just a day later my mother in law asked me if my daughter and I would like to book a day to go Christmas shopping and lunch in her town. PRAISE GOD, what a gift to me!! I thought I would never get to spend this special time with her again. I thought I fully burnt that bride. HH (Heavenly Husband) you are SO good and heard my cries! Psalm 37:4
Another cool praise that I was so not expecting, but I believe after now tithing on my gross income and 10% off everything! The LORD blessed me so I could truly bless others! I went into this expensive shopping shoe store and was looking (trying on) ALL the beautiful shoes. Very expensive but good for walking on concrete floors at work all day... so an investment. I was wearing old dirty boots that I have had for years in the same brand the store sells and LOVE them!!
As I was trying on and talking with the kind lady helping me, we started to talk and she asked me what I did. I don't like to say often but it gives me a chance to always share that only by the grace of God am I able to do what I am doing and I even said to her if I could do it again I would choose to stay home and take care of my children and be a housewife!! Wow.
Well next day I called as I was going to come pay for the shoes, but I knew that it was not a wise decision as they were expensive and I need to make only wise financial decisions. Well when I called her she said that she has several pairs of boots of this brand that she does not wear and has kept through the years that have been barely worn and I could have them at no cost if I like, along with many bags of clothes she does not wear and kids clothes.
WOW!! LORD, so humbled and grateful. I went and picked them up the next day and so grateful and when I took them home I went through all the clothes and shoes. Well, none of the shoes fit, and I only found a few pieces of clothes for my kids and several pieces for my sister who is coming to visit soon. I immediately thought, this stuff was not for me. Lord you want it to go to my friend.. She is an amazing woman who has a restored marriage of over 40 years whom the LORD placed in my life before my crisis hit!! She ministered to so many in need and I knew she could bless so many people.
So that is what I did, I went and dropped off 6 bags of cloths and about 7 pairs of shoes and boots to her. She called me the next week and told me all the people she and her husband blessed!! PRAISE GOD!!! (side note: This couple have been restored for 40 years) He left and was in adultery and she stood by the word and leaned not on her own understanding, he came back and came to the LORD and the next week they were back in church and he tithed every penny he had!! God knew all along.
This was also an opportunity to show my kids that we get to bless others as we live in such a culture of reselling things to make money, but this is not the way of the LORD!!
