โ˜Š PRAISE from Bernie

Beloved brides,

Today, my praise is about how my wonderful Husband really does impossible things, and it is important that we stand firm and trust Him, because many times it seems that things will not happen.

About two months ago, my sister told me how much her husband would like to change jobs due to unsatisfactory conditions. He has been working for a long time for a person who really is a greedy man, especially when it comes to his employees. My brother-in-law wanted to work as a firefighter in the past, but it didn't work out because of his health. He likes adrenaline sports and has had some unpleasant injuries.

After a few years, he decided to try again and apply for a prison warden. My sister confided in me that they didn't give it a big chance, but because of how he had been suffering in his current job, he would try again. It hurt her to see him this way, and I tried to encourage her not to lose hope, because I know that nothing is impossible for God, and if it is His will, my brother-in-law will work there. I told her to pray for it, and I would pray also, it was all in His perfect hands.

Beloved, there have been many obstacles waiting for my brother-in-law, which were probably supposed to deter us from further prayers and the faith we have in Him. He successfully passed physical tests, then also mental tests, which lasted hours. However, he did not pass a grammar test, so one day he came home saying that it didn't work out. A few days later, they called him to let him know that the test could be repeated, and he did it! ๐Ÿ˜Š

Even then, I praised my Love and I was curious about what would happen next. It was necessary to submit an extract from the health card. My brother-in-law has had a chronic problem with high blood pressure since one sports accident and has been taking medication ever since. Someone told him that they would not take him to this job with such a diagnosis. He was not deterred and went to see his doctor for an extract. He later even noticed that a worse degree of hypertension was written on the extract than he actually had. So he went back to the doctor to fix it. He was also told that a knee operation he had undergone in the past could be a problem. So he had to go to an expert who confirmed that his knee was fine.

Another obstacle was supposed to be his eyesight, as he wore glasses and was told that all the staff who wore glasses had undergone eye surgery. So he went for an examination, where he was told that he was unfortunately 100 percent inoperable and that they could not help him. They said they were glad he had come to the examination because they had really good technical equipment and it would not have been revealed at another examination and the subsequent operation would damage his eyesight even more!

At this point in his quest for a new job, my brother-in-law has said several times that it probably won't work out and that he's sorry. My sister told me, I listened to her and I have to admit, it didn't listen well. But I was calm in my heart and I knew that whatever my Love had prepared would be good, and with these words I tried to encourage my sister as well. So at this point in his quest for a new job, there was someone, or maybe more people and they put in a good word for my brother-in-law, as far as I know, without asking them to do so.

It was all like a rollercoaster, the news changed from week to week. Two weeks ago, my sister informed us that her husband had broken his arm during sports, and a few days later his arm was operated on. It was also something that scared them a little, because if they took him to work, he would have to undergo training, and that meant another delay. They feared that the cup of patience would overflow, because there were really many obstacles on his part. Last night, however, my sister wrote that they had hired him and that her husband would be taking up a new job soon!!

Beloved, I want to encourage you not to listen to the words of others when they tell us what will or will not happen. And if we have to listen, let's not believe it and not take it as a done deal. It reminded me of a lesson in Poverty Mentality: Who Said? Let us ask God about everything and believe only the one who really has it all in His hands. Whatever He decides, His decision and guidance is good. Today, I thank Him for the blessings He has bestowed on my sister and her husband, and I will witness to Him with this testimony of His power to many people and glorify Him.

Let's stand firm, glorify Him, and trust Him, even if things look bad, He knows better.
