Growing Pains

"The Lord is my shepherd" P231

Hello, my sweet brides, it has been a while, but a journey I have had!!

This whole month of October, I have been on an amazing journey with The Lord! He brought me back to the basics!!

And which basics you may ask: fasting, prayer, and praising!!

The month started with one of my daughters getting burnt, then our finances were completely diminished, the grandparents became more dependent on us, and my bladder surgery was coming, which meant that I wasn´t going to be able to hold my baby for 2 months!

I am not going to lie, I felt very discouraged, and alone! So I prayed and stayed silent before the Lord, listening to nature so I could hear His voice. And I did! I was putting my security and my hopes on the wrong things!

I forgot to put Him first. To listen to what He says, thinks, and wants from me. I was listening to others, I was listening to the enemy, accusing me of all sorts of things, and I was believing the lies!!

My sweet brides I was living in fear, everything I was doing felt wrong, and I was not putting Him first! I felt like I was walking on eggshells, and that is not what the Lord wants for us!

By reading His promises at loud, and understanding again the power of prayer, my life was free from that fear. I don´t want to listen to people who don´t have Him, even though they appear to!

The Lord directs us and prepares us for what we need to do, He teaches us and gives us clear guidelines and when we make a mistake, He just shows us the right path!

So after He worked on me again, I started to look for His voice, to understand my value in Him, the gifts that He gave only to me. I was at peace again, understanding my unique voice in the Lord.

My daughter got healed, with a huge scar that will remain her how her Heavenly Father protected her, my surgery came and everything was amazing. I mean my hospital room, my doctors, the recuperation time. It´s been wonderful!! And my Beloved gave me one of the desires of my heart: New Christmas decorations for free! Yes, my house is completely decorated in October! I even began to be an intentional mother, wife, and caregiver! I learned to walk one step at a time with faith and hope!

We as a family learned again the beauty of living one day at a time, praying together, reading the Bible, praying scriptures and just acknowledging who the Lord is in our lives, our waymaker, our miracle worker!

I learned once more to praise Him in the storms, to accept the growing pains of faith, and to understand that it is not important what others think of me but who the Lord is preparing me to be!

For his brothers, David was just a pastor, for the court men Esther was just a wife, for the believers Saul was a killer, but for the Lord, ladies, David was a king, Esther a queen, and Saul a powerful preacher!!

We are being prepared for something big, and the enemy will use whatever he has to steal our blessings!!

Everything is just a prayer away! Let´s sumerge on His word and repeat it always! We are loved and experiencing how long, deep and high is the love of the Lord!

It is going to be a great day!

  1. Dear Isabella, glory to God! Everything works out 🙂
I love that you said “everything is just a prayer away”. It’s so true. There were times I “think” about praying, but didn’t end up putting into action. But I can also recount the many times I was so glad that I prayer ahead.

    1. My dear prayer and studying in His word changes everything! Our minds gets renew and we start to listen to His voice. We must seek Him first and when we pray we are trustibg our life to Him, surrendering and letting Him ve our everything.
“Let us then with confidence draw near to the throne of grace, that we may receive mercy and find grace to help in time of need.” H416
He just wants to listen to our voice❤️

Dear Isabella, how beautiful it is to return to the Lord, and to the simple things He asks us to do. I rejoice with you to see how He acted in your life in each process and gave you peace and victory, sometimes we are so distressed waiting for something so great, that we do not do the first thing, listen to it, but when we listen to it and begin to walk according to its guidance ” show me the way to walk” then He guides us beside still waters in victory.

    1. Yes my sweet Eli. Sometimes we think we are putting Him first but other things come in the way. We will always have trials, the way we handle them show Him and us how is our relationship with Him, where our trust is really rooted. Each situation we kearn to let go and trust Him changes our lives! People gets to see why we love the Lord and how fath really changes everything!

“Rejoice always, pray without ceasing, give thanks in all circumstances; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you.”

Thank you for coming to share your heart because you encouraged me so much!! How are you since the operation and how is your daughter healing up. You have been on my heart. I praise Him with you and like you l have so much to be grateful for!! He is teaching me contentment in all circumstances. He is good no matter what we face or the challenges we go thru 🙌

    1. Yupi!!! All these trials are a constant reminder of hiw powerful He is and that He is good always.
I am doing great my dear, I even got to eat fried chicken in the hospital, and as a part of the blessing my mother in law is paying a cleaning lady for a month😍
I have no pain, no scar in the outside, and my baby girl is healed. Her scar is huge but she always say to other people: “this is the proof that the Lord save my life”. She is rocking that scar😂
I wouldn’t nit change this season for anything, because I am loving this time wuth my family and living one day at the time, trusting on His provision and not in me.
“And this is the confidence that we have toward him, that if we ask anything according to his will he hears us. And if we know that he hears us in whatever we ask, we know that we have the requests that we have asked of him” 1J51415

  4. Dear Isabella, nice to read again a praise report from you. Very encouraging for me to read about the trials your Heavenly Beloved 💞 has allowed you to go through. Just to see you and your family returned to Him. When we stray, He is most certainly faithful to give us the situations necessary to recognize that He was no longer first. All out of love for you and your family. These situations are not easy, but if others can look back like you, they will be happy just like you when a new day dawns.

It is He who takes care of you and your family. Who gives you everything you need and desire. The best Protector. Now that you and your family are back with Him. I rejoice with you in the blessed days to come 🥳

    Lots of love

[34] Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will have its own worries. every day has enough of its own evil.M634

[33] You shall go all the way that the Lord your God has commanded you, that you may live and that it may go well with you, and that you may dwell long in the land which you are about to possess.D533

  5. Yes my dear Kristine. In this world we will akways have trials. That is always certain. That is a reality we must face, but the way we handle them, showing who truly is first in our lives, who is directing our path changes everything. The Lord love us so much, and when as a family we put Him first is a life changing thing.
We always read and prayed together, but now my husband and I understand the power of praying together for us and our family, and then with our children. The enemy wants to destroy our families and children, but prayer and believing for His promises really changes everything.
Now we are studying Jacob’s journey and the kids are learning so much about choices. It so great to see them loving the Bibli and spending time as a family everyday doing this.
Thank you for your encouragement my dear.
We are putting our armor everyday together!

“And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God, praying at all times in the Spirit, with all prayer and supplication. To that end, keep alert with all perseverance, making supplication for all the saints.” E61718

  6. Wow, what an journey you’ve been on this month! He brought you to my mind a few days ago when I noticed you had not posted since the twins accident. I was praying everything was ok. It’s amazing how when we refocus on the basics (fasting, prayer, and praising) we can experience such a greater intimacy. Your story reminds me of the importance of putting Him first and listening to His voice above all others. Thank you for sharing and reminding us that we are being prepared for something big.

    1. Thank you for praying for us sweet Hope. The fact the He put me in your prayers make feel so loved!!! How loved we are! And yes, at the beginning I didn’t understand why so many things were happening to me and then day by day, He reminded the importance of taking care of me, of going outside my house and breathe, to read His word in the morning above all else, to pray and talk to Him during the day, to speak life always. To be thankful and to see me in His eyes💕 He gave my voice back and reminded why He designed me the way I am: electric hahaha. Nothing compares to His love and care. And the best thing is that my family is watching, my husband’s family is watching and they see who our God is!!
That made all the difference, on each trial that appear fatal and awful, we as a family praise, and share our testimony and we were blessed. Until this day❤️🙌
So keep trusting and hoping with Him, He is the best choice everytime and He will make a miracle for you❤️
“In all circumstances take up the shield of faith, with which you can extinguish all the flaming darts of the evil one” E616

  7. Hi dearest Isabella, Im happy to hear from you and specially with this PR I know you have been through a lot, but I also know, as you do also, that He allows all thing to work for good for those who are called by His name, so praising Him is the best thing we can do knowing that something great is coming up a huge blessing and He is only preparing all of us as we go through these trials for the greatest things He has planned for us. Glory to His name!!!

    1. My sweet Jewel, being in this world means that we will have trouble, but with Him, every tear, every cry, every hurt has a powerful purpose. We go through the fire to be refine, and for our hearts to understand what truly matters. It also show us where our trust really is, who is the Lord of our lives. I rejoice because each fear put my eyes fixed on the Lord. A huge part of finding and living the abundant life is to let go completely, trust in the Lord and wait. And while we wait, even though we don’t understand, the battle keep getting even harder, we have the completely trust the He is in control, that He is good, that we will experience His love. So in the midst of my hurricane, I went back to basics, praying with my family and my friends, reading my promises at loud, praising Him, helping others and just hidden in His word. Thank you so much my sweet friend💕

  8. Dear Isabella thank you for sharing. Always rejoicing in the Lord that is great! 🙂
I also need to remind myself in my troubles it doesn’t come easily during the trials. I am glad you are walking by faith an not by sight and reminding us of the importance of prayer and fasting and praising, this is actually what He wants us to do mostly in our days.
Be very careful, then, how you live—not as unwise but as wise, 16 making the most of every opportunity, because the days are evil. 17 Therefore do not be foolish, but understand what the Lord’s will is. Ephesians 5:15-17

    1. Yes, my dear Naomi! We need to understand that we will always face challenges, but with Him they become an adventure. As you shared the days are becoming eviler and we need to decide to follow His principles and act like Him!
When we do that we are being blessed because of our obedience and our actions speaks even more than our actions!
Let´s renew our minds daily with His word!
