I was driving home after a long day at work, and having passed by a few stops to get groceries. It was close to home already and I was tired. On full speed with the green light on, I was confident until I saw two cars driving from the side roads, heading towards my lane. The first car stopped but the second didn’t, It was about to crash into my car in a split second and I made a sharp left turn and reverted back because that car finally saw me. That car body was already more than half way out and when I looked back, the driver was trying to bring the car back behind the stop line. I realized I could have died. But instead of panicking or my heart jumping out of my heart, there’s this peace that surpasses all understanding. It’s HIM! “The Lord will keep you from all harm— he will watch over your life;” Psalm 121:7
Praise the Lord! I made home to my kids and now am singing praises to Him. “Worship the LORD with gladness; come before him with joyful songs.” Psalm 100:3
I learned not to take any moment for granted but by the grace of God, I am alive and thankful to Him who is with me wherever I go. Like I always say to HH, “I am safe with You.”

Yes Gioia. Praise Him! I also had something very similar happen to me last week. As I was merging to get on the interstate, there were two cars in front of me waiting also, the car behind me was traveling a high rate of speed coming and getting ready to crash into the back of my car when it swerved over in front of the oncoming traffic almost hit them and the two cars in front of me. It was really different though I also had this peace and was not panicked or anxious, I praised Him and thanked Him and went on my way.
