The Lord has been teaching me so many things right now as I have been asking Him for wisdom every day. I just invite Him in and ask Him to show me the next step in whatever He is wanting me to do. Lately its been a lot about going back and remembering the principles that we were taught in the course a Wise Woman.
I definitely learned so many things that I was doing wrong from those teachings and they were all so eye opening as to the kind of person I had become throughout the years. It makes me cringe to look back at how I use to be because I never want to fall into being that person again, so I need to walk closely everyday with my HH (Heavenly Husband) as He guides me. I am by no means where I need to be but working with the Lord I am getting better and just knowing that I am still a work in progress, I can rest because I'm in His hands.
I can see how He is still teaching me and molding me, because I can be stubborn at times and He knows it. Lately He's been showing me specific examples, He knows that's how I learn. I have been witnessing certain situations where people are living off their emotions and acting on them. I can see the bad consequences when we live that way. It makes you live unhappy, unsatisfied and angry and it made me realize that maybe I was falling back into that old habit. We cannot control what other people say or do or think, but we can control how we react to everything.
It was like the Lord was putting exclamation points on these things I was witnessing and He was saying, "okay here is your example on that teaching I gave you so don't go back to where I brought you from". Its like He's bringing me back and reminding me of when I went through those courses at the beginning of my restoration journey so that I wouldn't forget those teachings. Everything we learn here at RMI (Restore Ministries International) from God's word needs to be read, reread and remembered all the time, this is a lifetime journey.
He is so amazing as He always knows what we need in order to get back on track in every area of our lives. I need Him every single day of my life. Inviting Him into every decision and every move I make is how I need to live daily. I never want to live without Him guiding me. Thank you so much my HH (Heavenly Husband) for being so patient and caring when I need to be reminded of who You want me to be and how You want me to live.
"If you don’t know what you’re doing, pray to the Father. He loves to help. You’ll get his help, and won’t be condescended to when you ask for it. Ask boldly, believingly, without a second thought.
