Dear Brides,
I was absolutely terrified to do this course of FAL. I had read through chapter one [What Is the Abundant Life?] a few times with great hesitation but because of my longing to have a deeper relationship with the Lord as my love I have reached the turning point where I just want Him.
The reason I was terrified was because I was wanting my relationship restored and because I was in a "never legally married" relationship and was living in sin I felt my restoration was hopeless. But by the time I had finished the RRR course 2 (or maybe a bit before that) all I really want now is a deeper relationship with my First Love. It was the part about "extracting the precious (HIM) from the worthless" that made me actually want to start pursuing my Heavenly Love. Another verse that spoke to me as well as many others was, "Whoever sows to please their flesh, from the flesh will reap destruction; whoever sows to please the Spirit, from the Spirit will reap eternal life." Galatians 6:8.
Don't be like me and waste time, if you want eternal love from our Heavenly Love then go for it.
Let go! I've realised I need to let go of my earthly desires and seek the Heavenly desires for my children and future generations. I don't worry what my future as much now although I still trip up with fear daily. He is teaching me to trust HIM with my whole life. I need to leave my worldly possessions behind and to take up my cross and follow HIM. I struggle with this a little but he has shown me to trust so many times to trust HIM completely.
I still struggle with the outcomes and controlling my life. But he is the only one that I could trust with my life. After all our God is our creator and maker and who better to give your life too.
I'm still learning. I'm doing it in secret and just leaning into Him for now. I trust that He will show me how to share with others when I need to.

Chapter one was a great insight on how we can have a deeper relationship with the LORD as our lover.
Although it took me a few times to read it, I totally see it's worth. The question you need to ask yourself "are you prepared to find that true heavenly love that your heart and soul desires and nothing on earth can give you?"
