What are you grateful for?

Hi Ladies, I have some great news to share with you 🙂 Two weeks ago I shared this post about depression https://encouragingwomen.org/depressed-and-broken/ and our Thankfulness Therapy.

This week I would just like to share the Thankfulness Therapy page again because it has been updated to make sharing what you are thankful for so much lighter and easier to be an encouragement to many other women. We have all been called to be encouraging women and to minister the love and hope that we have received from our Heavenly Husband. That is really what being called to minister is.

So please even if you are feeling depressed and down and you are struggling to pull yourself out of this feeling… List the things that you are grateful for and come and share it with us here on the blog by posting a praise. God’s word says that we sow what we reap. Sow encouragement and you will reap encouragement. What HE brought to mind is that HIS MERCIES ARE NEW EVERY MORNING!! Every morning when you wake up thank Him for His mercies that are new and ask Him to remind you of what else He has done to be grateful for.

“”The steadfast love of the Lord never ceases;
    his mercies never come to an end;
they are new every morning;
    great is your faithfulness.”
L3:22-23

I have soooo many things that I am grateful for so let me start 🙂 I am grateful for my health, my facewash and toner and moisturiser, my clothes and shoes, the food that I eat, a warm bed to sleep in, the health of my family, my drivers license, the vehicle He blessed me with.

One of the bigger things that I am so grateful for is that I learned the blessing of tithing and being a giver, that I no longer have a poverty mentality, that I am protected from the devourer. That I don’t stress and worry so much when I need to go to the shops to buy what I need and my family needs. That I am able to pay my bills and not stress about it like I used to.

I could share so much more but I would like to invite you to also come and post a praise to share with us 🙂

    I’m thankful for:
    His forgiveness, His Promises, my home, electric, water, air conditioning, family’s health, car, food, and our upcoming beach vacation. 😊

  2. This page is a complete blessing! Depression is something really hard, but our Beloved is now showing how much He loves us and that He is indeed so close to us!

  3. Thank you dear Atarah for sharing the Gratitude Therapy page update.
    I have so many things I’m grateful for: Grateful that we have a home to protect us from the hot sun, the rain, the cold. Grateful because even in times of financial tightness, we never lacked for what to eat, what to drink, what to wear… Grateful for working at home and being able to take care of my daughter myself. Grateful because I was chosen by my Beloved to walk this journey that transformed my life, allowing me to live the life He always wanted to give me, but I only discovered it when I started to have Him as my Heavenly Husband.

    I give thanks to my Heavenly Husband because he allowed me to spend almost a month of vacation in New York despite the ordeal I was going through. I’ve been in the desert for almost 3 years. My earthly husband asked me for a divorce. Despite a difficult divorce, my Heavenly Husband provided for me and my son and he continues to do so every day.
    He touched the heart of my earthly husband to participate in this journey when he was against it, I bless him.
    Lord may all the glory be yours.
    Amen, Amen and Amen

  7. The Thankfulness page is a great source to help everyone that are looking for answers that only our Heavenly Father and Heavenly Husband can give. A laundry list of things I could list in gratitude to Him. But most of all that He brought me to RMI. This was great. Now that I am further along in my journey with Him, the many 3×5 cards have helped me a lot to gain strength and wisdom for the trials He allowed to touch me. As a result, I have never felt as desperate and unhappy as I did a few years ago. Fortunately He didn’t stop there to comfort me because with this Gratitude Therapy I can keep my focus on Him. Remember the wonderful things He has done for me.

    I am grateful to Him for the good health of my children and me, for the house that I and my children live in, for the part-time job He has provided so that I still have time to be home for Him and the children. For taking care of my financial obligations. For His love and wisdom. For its daily care and protection…..
    But above all that He has become my First love again♥
