Today’s praise is a multitude of blessings I want to share with you. Beginning with the least. Today will be my last every-other-week Friday praise report, the same with Sara. Traveling with the Lord, we go through many seasons and the two of us have an incredibly long season of traveling around the world as His brides. Next week is our final stop—in one of the most romantic cities of the world—PARIS!
This is my second, outrageously wonderful praise. For the 4th time over the course of fewer than 2 years—my HH has brought me to Paris!!!
Yes, TODAY I am in PARIS!!! Again!!!!
You may remember that this is partly due to Him multiplying the double recompense years ago. I’d been given a ticket to join a family member in Paris, but I wasn’t allowed to go. It was then that my mom reminded me that we must REJOICE and claim DOUBLE, which I did. So if you do the math, my HH gave me DOUBLE the DOUBLE = FOUR times in Paris!! Ooh la la (yes, they really do say that 😉
The first time I went to Paris I went with my younger sister, and it was in this amazing city where we became FRIENDS. Most of you who have siblings know that you are sometimes very close, or sometimes, due to personalities or some event, you’re not close at all. Yet, He is in the business of restoring relationships—and to be honest, ours wasn’t just restored—He gave us a NEW and entirely wonderful close relationship, which is one of the reasons I will always cherish the memories of us being there with my sis together.
My second time in Paris I was able to go with my close friend, Sara, as you may remember reading about (insert links to prior).
My third time in Paris I was somewhat alone—just with my HH. Yet He surprised me by allowing me to become close friends with Adele who was going through some of her darkest and most difficult days. I witnessed first hand how the face of a bride who is closely looking into His face simply GLOWS! Adele’s face literally glowed with so much of His love and was even more gorgeous than she already is!!
Now to tell you about my fourth time going to Paris. I am meeting with not just one or two or three close friends, but I’m meeting with four of my closest friends, each amazing brides I met and who are coming from all over the world!
Many months ago my mom told me that her Beloved HH (yes, she is still very much lovesick > verse) spoke to her and she had envisioned all of us meeting “somewhere” in Europe. She didn’t know how or when or exactly where, but when her HH shows her something, she documents it.
Habakkuk 2:2-3—“Then the LORD answered me and said, ‘Record the vision and inscribe it on tablets, that the one who reads it may run. For the vision is yet for the appointed time; It hastens toward the goal and it will not fail. Though it tarries, wait for it; For it will certainly come, it will not delay.’”
Even though she had to be bursting to tell me, she didn’t share this right away— but instead pondered it all in her heart.
Luke 2:19—“But Mary treasured all these things, pondering them in her heart.”
Once she shared what she’d envisioned, equally as excited, we spoke of it off and on, but until He does something to really confirm this to be His plan, we simply wait.
Isaiah 64:4—“For from days of old they have not heard or perceived by ear, Nor has the eye seen a God besides You, Who acts in behalf of the one who waits for Him.”
Like many times before, He confirmed His plan through an incredibly, unreal, priced flight. Leaving Spain my ticket was so cheap it was almost silly. Yet it was the flight to get back to the United States, in order to be home for Christmas, that left us stunned—finding a flight for $211—with a short layover in Iceland!
It also may just complete another praise that will be even more special because it will include my oldest brother 🙂 Stay tuned for the completion of “The Beauty in Waiting.”

MINISTRY NOTE: Tara and Sara left Italy, after living in Sicily resting with their HH and doing ministry work—then departed from Rome—to continue on their LALTours alone with Him.
If you’ve just joined following the Encourager blog, it began when Tara met Sara and began traveling, with their first country Athens, Greece!! (Acts 17:16) then flew up to Dublin, Ireland and then traveled north by train to Belfast, Ireland. Belfast is where Erin’s grandfather was born and immigrated from.
After Ireland, they crossed the Irish Sea by ferry and made a short stop in Glasgow before heading to Edinburgh, Scotland.
Then Sara Tara took the train down to London, England where are meeting at least 3 brides who’ve contacted us! One is Adele whose RMT you read last Saturday “Was I Sincere in the Apologies I Made to Him?” They are so excited to finally meet her!
Their first stop on the European continent was PARIS—where they hadn’t even planned to go! Yet He lovingly orchestrated a meeting with two brides in Paris, France and also another bride (and former minister) after traveling through Vienna, Austria. Saturday they were so excited to meet and spend time with Aimée in Slovakia!!
Our brides went onto Venice, Italy then stopped in Florence and Pisa before heading to ROME. For the next six weeks, they rested physically but worked in Sicily.
If there is ONE principle we repeat and follow it’s He LEADS ME…
