My gas tank was filled!

I am so grateful for How my HH comes through when things look pretty....dark. Hopeless. I'm slowly slowly learning that is when He does His best work. For with Him nothing is impossible when I let go and trust His character and look at His work He's already done.

I took my kids on a hike yesterday and my gas tank was on empty again. I had 15 dollars in my pocket.
I was visiting with a dear sister, grumbling about how I didn't know if God was calling me into ministry for fitness, because I barely have gas to get to town!
I realized my mistake and repented later for which I now remember that He blesses us doubly for our sins confessed!!

But after I was done visiting with a couple brothers and sister, sharing God's goodness in our lives, I go to leave and they had filled up my gas tank and cleaned the windows. They even put a bunch of healthy food on my front seat.

I was so humbled and felt so foolish for grumbling against the one who keeps showing me that He works when all looks hopeless in our eyes.

Lately, He's been showing me how He wants me to wait on Him in SILENCE.

For God alone, O y my soul, wait in silence,
for my hope is from him.
He only is my rock and my salvation,
my fortress; I shall not be shaken.

This has been a struggle for me. I am Soo weak in this area. My mouth runs off on me. A friend compares it to an auctioneer chant. Iykyk

But I will gladly boast in this because I know He will make me wait in silence! He will take me to that place of TRUST and FAITH as I am strengthened in the waiting.

I am so excited and full today sisters. Be blessed πŸ–€πŸ–€πŸ–€

  1. Dear Rasa, keeping quiet and only running to my HH was also a huge struggle for me in the beginning. I had to redo the test a couple of times before I got it right πŸ˜‚, but He is amazing and patient with us and His grace is sufficient for us. After I learned to win without a word and to only take everything to Him first, I truly began to see His work in my life!
