Today’s stream was another amazing and perfect companion to the two other devotionals I sent to my sister. Yesterday when my husband, my maker didn’t leave me here, I confessed, I was concerned and thought I “should” at least come and look to see if it was some thing that would minister to her. Yet I knew to dispel the “should” trap, and one reason was to remind me that I have no idea what my sister needs at this difficult time in her life. There is only ONE, and I must trust that “he leads me.” it has he who she needs more than anything. Someone who will be with her, knows the future, can guide her and can love her deep within her spirit, soul mind and body. We as humans all fall short.

Remember, another one of his most powerful promises. “And they overcoming the wicked one… By the word of their testimony” —don’t “withhold what is justly due Only to come to want.” Instead “give, and it shall be given to you, press down and overflowing.” Just when you need the perfect testimony, it will be waiting for you from someone else. This is Gods way, and how he created the world.
